UAB “Baltic Engineers” and UAB “Be Constructive”, members of the BE LIVE group of companies, have been nominated as “business gazelles”. These nominations are awarded by the long-standing project of “Verslo žinios” media group, “Gazelle”, which selects the fastest growing small and medium-sized businesses of Lithuania.

“Value-creating complex construction consulting services helped us become one of the fastest growing companies in the country.” More and more clients value work according to the popular EPCM model of integrated services, which can be called as implementation of projects “from idea to the key”. The rapidly growing demand for general design and our award-winning BIM digital design achievements can be singled out from the spectrum of complex services. Of course, clients appreciate the fact that our designed buildings achieve the highest ratings of the BREEAM and LEED sustainability standards”, – says Darius Kvedaras, Director of the BE LIVE group of companies.

According to Šarūnas Survilas, Development Manager of „Be Constructive“, the company’s specialization in the field of construction management, experience in project management of modern factories and wind power parks mostly help this company to create value for the clients.

As the organizers of the “Gazelle” project say in “Verslo žinios”, in order for companies to enter the list of “business gazelles”, “fast growing is not enough – you need to meet the criteria of transparency and publicity and not to be afraid to share your experience”. The fastest growing companies are selected on the basis of the data of “Verslo žinios”, “Creditinfo”, “Registru Centras”, “VMI”, “VDI” and “Sodra”. In total, “business gazelles” must meet 11 criteria related to company activity, growth and business transparency.

The companies are entered into the list of “Gazelle 2023” on the basis of the results from 2020-2022, which according to “Verslo žinios”, “have left the grip of the pandemic and faced a series of great challenges and relays.”

The turnover of UAB “Baltic Engineers” operating under the “Be Live” brand in 2022 amounted to EUR 2,781,630, and UAB “Be Constructive” – EUR 478,664.
