Over the past year, we\u2019ve secured victories in four architectural competitions, in collaboration with various architectural firms. Our company, \u201cBe Live\u201d, has leveraged the rising trend of master design to gain a competitive advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instance, our final triumph of the year was achieved in partnership with the architects at \u201c\u0160A Atelier\u201d. We\u2019re thrilled to be undertaking a significant reconstruction project for the \u0160e\u0161kin\u0117 Primary School in Vilnius. Additionally, we ended the year on a high note by winning, alongside \u201cOffice De Architectura\u201d, the architectural competition for a science campus featuring a 650-seat pro-gymnasium in Vilnius\u2019 Perk\u016bnkiemis district. Our first experience participating as a general designer alongside architects was in 2020, when we won the international competition for the M.K. \u010ciurlionis Concert Centre in Kaunas, in collaboration with \u201cPalekas Archstudio\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year, our role as a general designer significantly contributed to our collective victories in architectural competitions. Our value begins to amplify when \u201cBe Live\u201d assumes the role of general designer, overseeing design management and solution integrity, allowing the architects to concentrate on their area of expertise – the creation of buildings and environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This powerful combination of a managerial master designer and innovative architects facilitates the creation of exceptional value for our clients. Benefits include streamlined construction supervision, realistic timelines, and manageable budgets. In design, even the minutest details can have a substantial impact, as the design typically constitutes up to 10% of the total cost of a construction project, and the quality of the building is a crucial factor. By addressing management and creative challenges, we are able to construct more sustainable and comfortable buildings, infrastructure, and environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We therefore extend an invitation to architectural firms to leverage the advantages offered by a master planner and join us in securing more frequent tender victories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
