STRATEGIES FOR ACHIEVING SUCCESS IN ARCHITECTURAL COMPETITIONS

Over the past year, we’ve secured victories in four architectural competitions, in collaboration with various architectural firms. Our company, “Be Live”, has leveraged the rising trend of master design to gain a competitive advantage.

For instance, our final triumph of the year was achieved in partnership with the architects at “ŠA Atelier”. We’re thrilled to be undertaking a significant reconstruction project for the Šeškinė Primary School in Vilnius. Additionally, we ended the year on a high note by winning, alongside “Office De Architectura”, the architectural competition for a science campus featuring a 650-seat pro-gymnasium in Vilnius’ Perkūnkiemis district. Our first experience participating as a general designer alongside architects was in 2020, when we won the international competition for the M.K. Čiurlionis Concert Centre in Kaunas, in collaboration with “Palekas Archstudio”.

Last year, our role as a general designer significantly contributed to our collective victories in architectural competitions. Our value begins to amplify when “Be Live” assumes the role of general designer, overseeing design management and solution integrity, allowing the architects to concentrate on their area of expertise – the creation of buildings and environments.
