Construction of the Second Kormotech Global Plant in Kėdainiai FEZ Begins

The capsule ceremony on February 6th marked the symbolic start of construction for the second Kormotech Global plant in the Kėdainiai Free Economic Zone. BE LIVE is the designer of the plant.

This new plant represents a EUR 60 million investment from Ukraine, aimed at strengthening Lithuanian industry, creating new jobs, and introducing advanced technologies. This investment is a significant step into the future, opening up new opportunities and bolstering the economies of both countries. The new plant is expected to create 250 jobs. Upon completion of the project, Kormotech’s production of dog and cat food will triple.
