A New School in Pavilniai Receives Building Permit

We are excited to share that the upcoming pro-gymnasium in Pavilniai has reached a significant milestone — the project has officially received its building permit. This marks a major step forward in bringing this modern educational facility to life.

The project is being developed in collaboration with our partners at Office De Architectura, and it reflects our shared vision for innovative, future-ready learning environments.
The new school will feature:
State-of-the-art science laboratories
Dedicated art and music classrooms
Spacious sports and choreography halls
A two-storey sports complex with a 25-metre swimming pool
We believe that investing in high-quality educational infrastructure is a long-term commitment to the sustainable growth and well-being of the local community.
Over the past five years, BE LIVE has actively contributed to the development of educational spaces, adding eight new facilities to our portfolio.
